In a separate pan over medium-high heat, sear the pork pieces for 2-3 minutes per side until browned, season with salt and pepper, then remove from the pan
Transfer the pork pieces to a baking dish and pour the bacon, onion, and cream sauce mixture over them
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (392°F) for 30 minutes until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F)
