Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen berries. Wash the nectarines, cut in half, stone and cut into thin wedges. Drizzle the fruit with lemon juice and let it steep.
  2. In the meantime, whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff.
  3. Line a glass bowl with ladyfingers. Layer the vanilla yoghurt on top, then spread a layer of fruit and whipped cream. Repeat this process until the ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of ladyfingers and vanilla yogurt. Place the remaining fruits on top. Chill the dessert for approx. 3 hours until it is eaten.
  4. Tips: To make the whole dessert a little easier, I always use Cremefine with only 15% fat. Instead of the cream yoghurt, I always take reduced-fat natural yoghurt and add some vanilla sugar - it`s just as delicious.
  5. The dessert can also be prepared the evening before and left to steep overnight.
