- 500 g berries, mixed
- 1 nectarine (s)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 250 g whipped cream
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pack ladyfingers
- 500 g yourt (cream yourt with vanilla)

- Thaw the frozen berries. Wash the nectarines, cut in half, stone and cut into thin wedges. Drizzle the fruit with lemon juice and let it steep.
- In the meantime, whip the whipped cream with vanilla sugar until stiff.
- Line a glass bowl with ladyfingers. Layer the vanilla yoghurt on top, then spread a layer of fruit and whipped cream. Repeat this process until the ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of ladyfingers and vanilla yogurt. Place the remaining fruits on top. Chill the dessert for approx. 3 hours until it is eaten.
- Tips: To make the whole dessert a little easier, I always use Cremefine with only 15% fat. Instead of the cream yoghurt, I always take reduced-fat natural yoghurt and add some vanilla sugar - it`s just as delicious.
- The dessert can also be prepared the evening before and left to steep overnight.
