Instructions

  1. Put the berries on a sieve and let them thaw, collecting the juice. Carefully mix the berries with icing sugar and 1 - 2 tablespoons of berry juice. Mix the mascarpone with honey, cocoa, lemon or orange juice and the cream.
  2. Alternately pour berries and cream into glasses or dessert bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until eaten.
