Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the strawberries and berries. Cut the pineapple slices into fine strips.
  2. Tip: The discs are available e.g. Some of them have already been prepared in the fruit and vegetable department in the supermarket.
  3. Arrange the pineapple in a circle on one or more plates, sprinkle with the brown sugar and gratin with a burner. Arrange the fruits decoratively on top.
  4. For the zabaione, beat the egg yolks with sugar on a hot water bath. Gradually pour in the wine. Finally, fold in the orange peel.
  5. Pour the zabaione around the fruit and sprinkle everything with Cointreau.
