Mix the quark with yoghurt, honey and amaretto and, if necessary, add sweetener (or sugar) to taste. Crumble the amarettini.
Pour the quark mixture, berries and amarettini crumbs in layers into 4 tall glasses. If you want to prepare the food longer in advance, it is best to layer the frozen berries in the glasses.
Finish with a few amarettini crumbs on curd cheese. Garnish with a few leaves of lemon balm.
