Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the berries with sugar. Mix it loosely, thaw it and let it steep.
  2. Whip the cream until stiff. Mix the sour cream or crème fraîche, lemon zest and juice with vanilla sugar. Fold in the cream.
  3. Pour the cream into 4 glass bowls and spread the berries over them. Garnish with lemon balm.
