Put everything in the high-speed blender for about 90 seconds until the berries are properly pureed. Put the mixture in the ice cream maker. The ice cream is ready after 40-45 minutes.
If you want to keep something as a reserve, the ice will freeze. But please not more than two days, as the taste will then be lost.
You can also use low-fat yogurt, but then the ice cream won`t be as creamy.
