Instructions

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt with the butter over low heat; Allow to cool slightly. Roughly chop the walnut kernels.
  2. Beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Stir in the chocolate mixture, fold in the flour. Add walnuts *.
  3. Pour the dough into a square baking pan approx. 20 x 20 cm in size and smooth it out.
  4. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes.
  5. While the brownies are cooling, melt the couverture and spread it thickly on the warm cake.
  6. As soon as the glaze has set slightly, cut out approx. 25 cubes and decorate.

  8. Heat the walnuts with a little sugar and a pinch of cinnamon until they caramelize slightly. Delicious.
