Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and olives into very small cubes. Finely chop the garlic and, if available, the olive greens.
Then put the cream cheese in a bowl. Crumble the sheep`s cheese very finely with your fingers and add. Add the cut ingredients, coconut milk cream and pepper and mix everything well. Salt is not necessary as the cheese itself is very salty.
The room garlic - see photo - can also be replaced by normal garlic for non-allergic people.
