Ingredients
- 300 g oat cream cheese or cow`s milk cheese
- 150 g feta in brine
- 3 teaspoons coconut milk (coconut milk cream) or double cream
- 3 tomato (s), dried
- 2 teaspoons, heaped olives, black, sliced
- 2 leaves room garlic or 1/ clove garlic
- 3 stalks olive herb
- some pepper, white

- Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and olives into very small cubes. Finely chop the garlic and, if available, the olive greens.
- Then put the cream cheese in a bowl. Crumble the sheep`s cheese very finely with your fingers and add. Add the cut ingredients, coconut milk cream and pepper and mix everything well. Salt is not necessary as the cheese itself is very salty.
- The room garlic - see photo - can also be replaced by normal garlic for non-allergic people.
- It is best to serve freshly baked bread.
