Ingredients
- 280 g soy milk (soy drink)
- 100 g suar
- 1 cube yeast
- 500g flour
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 80 ml oil, neutral
- 40 g suar, brown
- 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 100 g powdered suar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice

- Mix the lukewarm soy milk, sugar and yeast into a pre-dough. Let rise for 15 minutes, then add flour, salt and oil and let stand covered for about an hour.
- In the meantime, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Roll out the yeast dough on a baking paper as large as possible and spread the sugar cinnamon mixture over it, roll it into a sausage and cut off approx. 3 cm thick slices.
- Place them next to each other on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 190 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 25 minutes. When the snail cake has cooled down, apply the icing sugar mixed with lemon juice as a topping.
