Chop the onion, garlic and chili peppers into small pieces.
Fry the minced meat in a little hot oil until crumbly and add the onion, garlic and chilli. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a little tomato paste so that the mixture holds together.
Grate cheese or cut into small strips.
Put 1 to 2 tablespoons of the minced meat mixture and some cheese on each half of the tortillas.
Fold it up, flatten it a little and fry briefly on both sides in hot oil until the quesadillas are nicely browned.
If you don`t like it that spicy, you can use less or no chili and garlic.
We prefer to have a nice, spicy guacamole with it.
