Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together well except for the plums and the cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper until it is approx. 0.5 - 1 cm thick.
  2. Wash the plums, cut them in half and core them. Cut each half once in the middle. Then distribute the plums close together on the dough.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (approx. 220 ° C top / bottom heat). Then sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top of the cake, which is still hot.
  4. The recipe is from my grandma and I think it`s so delicious. We always look forward to the plums every year, which we pick ourselves with our children.
