Ingredients
- 2 kg plums or plums
- 350 g flour
- 200 g quark, dry
- 6 tablespoon oil, neutral
- 75 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 2 drops vanilla flavor
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 1 packet baking powder
- some cinnamon sugar to sprinkle on

- Mix all ingredients together well except for the plums and the cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper until it is approx. 0.5 - 1 cm thick.
- Wash the plums, cut them in half and core them. Cut each half once in the middle. Then distribute the plums close together on the dough.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (approx. 220 ° C top / bottom heat). Then sprinkle the sugar and cinnamon on top of the cake, which is still hot.
- The recipe is from my grandma and I think it`s so delicious. We always look forward to the plums every year, which we pick ourselves with our children.
