Ingredients

  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast, (dry yeast)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 60 g suar
  • 150 ml water, lukewarm or milk
  • 1 kg plum (s)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 rusks

Instructions

  1. Make a yeast dough from flour, yeast, salt, sugar, milk or water. Let the finished dough rest for 1 hour until it has doubled in volume.
  2. In the meantime, wash and stone the plums.
  3. Knead the dough briefly, place in a tart pan with a diameter of 24-26cm, pull up the edge.
  4. Spread the plums on the pastry base.
  5. For the topping: finely grate or crumble the rusks. Beat the eggs, sugar and cinnamon until frothy, mix in the rusk crumbs. Pour the whole thing over the plums and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for about 40 minutes.
