Instructions

  1. Heat the clarified butter slowly, roast the onion slices in it until light brown. Potatoes,
  2. Add salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Pour in water and cook over low heat until the potatoes are cooked through.
  3. Now add the tomatoes, the quartered onions, the green and red chillies, ginger, coriander and sugar. Let everything cook again for 2-3 minutes over high heat. The potatoes and tomatoes should be done, but not too soft.
  4. Now sprinkle the Garam Masala over it, stir gently and serve hot.
