“Bibimbap” is a classic Korean dish, delicious and healthy! If translated, “Bibimbap” means a mixture of rice and other products, so there is rice, meat and vegetables – and all on one plate.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add soy sprouts and fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add watercress to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
Peel the carrot, cut into strips, add to the pan, and fry for 5-7 minutes until soft.
Add ground beef and soy sauce to the pan and fry for 20-25 minutes over medium-high heat until cooked through.
In a separate pan over medium heat, fry 4 eggs until whites are set but yolks remain runny, about 3-4 minutes.
Cook or prepare the rice. Divide rice among serving plates. Arrange soy sprouts, watercress, carrots, and beef around the edge of each plate. Top with kimchi cabbage and sesame seeds. Place one fried egg in the center of each plate. Add chili sauce to taste.
