Knead the minced meat with the spice mixture. Shape a small flatbread out of 100 g of minced meat and place three feta cubes in the middle, close and shape into a ball. Wrap two bacon slices around each minced meat ball (crosswise).
Heat up the smoker with cherry wood.
Place the meatballs on the smoker and smoke them at around 180 degrees. Remove from the smoker after approx. 45 minutes - done.
