Roughly chop the smoked pork or cut into fine cubes, fry the cubed bacon until brown. Crumble the gorgonzola in a bowl and then mix all the ingredients in it.
Due to my patty press, the minced meat mass results in 8 patties of approx. 180 g -190 g.
Before the patties are put on the grill or in the pan, they are seasoned with Burger Dry Rub al gusto.
Then the patties need approx. 2 - 3 minutes per side on the grill or in the pan so that they are cooked through.
Topping suggestion:
BBQ sauce or a heavily reduced tomato sauce, fried onions, tomatoes, rocket, cheddar cheese
