Drain the tuna and place in a bowl. Add the boiled eggs and mash everything with a fork. Add and stir in enough mayonnaise to make the consistency creamy. Season to taste with pepper, salt and paprika. I recommend full-fat mayonnaise, I`ve tried a few and found the low-fat varieties here in particular not so tasty.
The tuna salad tastes great on fresh baguette or on rolls, but also on dark breads and rolls.
