- Grate the smoked cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Mix the two together loosely. Press the garlic cloves into the mayonnaise and stir.
- Use 2 tablespoons to form dumplings from the mixture, decorate and serve. You can also serve the dumplings on toasted baguette slices.
- Bilochka with bread is traditionally served with Ukrainian green borscht, but is also very suitable for the barbecue party.
