Instructions

  1. Grate the smoked cheese and eggs on a fine grater. Mix the two together loosely. Press the garlic cloves into the mayonnaise and stir.
  2. Use 2 tablespoons to form dumplings from the mixture, decorate and serve. You can also serve the dumplings on toasted baguette slices.
  3. Bilochka with bread is traditionally served with Ukrainian green borscht, but is also very suitable for the barbecue party.
