- Hard boil 10 eggs, peel them and let them cool. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each egg. One disc in each direction.
- Then turn the eggs in flour, then roll them in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs on again well with your hands.
- Heat the fat and fry / fry the eggs in portions until golden. Halve lengthways with a sharp knife and garnish with tartar sauce if you like.
- Can be prepared very well and later fried fresh. The eggs taste cold and warm.
