Instructions

  1. Hard boil 10 eggs, peel them and let them cool. Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each egg. One disc in each direction.
  2. Then turn the eggs in flour, then roll them in the beaten eggs and then in the breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs on again well with your hands.
  3. Heat the fat and fry / fry the eggs in portions until golden. Halve lengthways with a sharp knife and garnish with tartar sauce if you like.
  4. Can be prepared very well and later fried fresh. The eggs taste cold and warm.
