Boil the eggs hard and let them cool in cold water. Mix the quark with herbal cream cheese, salt, pepper, a pinch of sugar and the chives (finely chopped).
Dice the hard-boiled eggs, peppers, cucumber and ham and add. Grate and fold in the carrots. Season to taste with salt, cayenne pepper and lemon juice. Put the spread in a bowl and garnish with pieces of pepper and olives.
Goes well with: Bird of Paradise bread (in my recipes). The spread goes well with roasted and grilled meat, which is a hammer at every party. The ham can be left out for vegetarians.
