Mix the fat, sugar and salt in a bowl with the mixer until frothy. Knead in the almonds and flour. Shape the dough into a roll with your hands. Chill the roll for at least 30 minutes.
Cut the roll into 1/2 cm thick slices and place on a baking sheet that has been greased or lined with baking paper.
Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack. Baking time: 10 - 15 minutes at 220 ° - they should only get very lightly colored - be careful when you take them out, it is a very crumbly dough!
It is advisable to bake 3 times the amount, as they are always plastered immediately - easy and really tasty.
