0.3333 teaspoon of baking soda pays off 1 teaspoon. vinegar 9%
Knead the dough: sour cream, sugar, eggs, vanillin, soda, slaked with vinegar, cinnamon, flour. The dough should be semi-liquid, without lumps.
Cut the apples into pieces, pour them into a bowl with the dough and mix so that the apples are all in the dough.
Put the dough into a mold, greased with butter, and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes, in the middle position of the oven rack. The cake must be baked on top and bottom. We check with a wooden stick.
We take out the ring with apples from the split form and put it on a plate.
