Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until very creamy. Then stir in the cooled chocolate. Gradually stir in the flour mixture and finally fold in the nuts and chocolate.
Place the dough on a prepared tray, tablespoon at a time.
Bake for 12-14 minutes, until the surface is firm.
Leave the cookies on the baking sheet for 5 minutes and only then place them on a wire rack to cool down.
Makes about 20-25 large or 40-50 small cookies, depending on size.
