The preparation is very easy. Put all ingredients in a blender and puree to a smooth cream.
This dip tastes good on bread, but also as an accompaniment to vegetable sticks, crackers or nachos.
Tip:
You can change the hummus according to your taste. Omit the parsley or replace it with other herbs. Other spices are also conceivable. I could also imagine nuts in hummus.
The paste will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
