Instructions

  1. Peel and fillet the blood oranges, collecting the juice. Peel and coarsely grate the radish. Mix the fillets, juice, radish, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper together.
  2. Let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours.
  3. Serve with chopped nuts.
