  1. Wash rice, drain.
  2. Boil water. Put the rice in the boiling water, put the lid on and let it simmer over a low flame (3 of 9) for 35 minutes. The water must be completely absorbed.
  3. Stir in the fleur de sel and a little butter if you like.
  4. In no case salt the water!
  5. Goes well with marinated salmon with a sesame crust. Recipe in my profile.
