In a small saucepan, bring the water with the ginger and sugar to the boil to taste and cook for 3-5 minutes. Put the tea bags in the pot and cook for another 5 minutes. Now add the milk and cook for another 5-10 minutes, making sure that nothing boils over. Stir again and again with the tea bags.
Pour into the jug through a sieve. Tastes great and is healthy!
