• 500 g blackberries, cleaned

For the cast:

• 125 ml cream
• 3 large egg (s)
• 60 g powdered suar (powdered suar)
• 1 vanilla pod (s), the pulp it
• 2 tablespoon egg liqueur
• Icing sugar (powdered sugar), for sprinkling
• Fat for the shape

Instructions

1. Grease a baking dish well and distribute the blackberries evenly in it.
2. Mix the topping well (use milk instead of eggnog if children are eating) and spread it over the berries.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 45 minutes.
4. Serve warm, sprinkled with icing sugar.
5. Can also be served cold.
