Instructions

  1. Clean, wash, and pat dry the blackberries thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, mix the quark with the sugar (or sweetener) and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Whip the cream with the cream stabilizer until stiff peaks form, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture until combined.
  5. Spoon a layer of quark mixture into the bottom of a glass bowl.
  6. Add a layer of well-dried blackberries on top.
  7. Add another layer of quark mixture.
  8. Continue alternating layers of blackberries and quark until all ingredients are used, ending with a quark layer.
  9. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the top.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours before serving to let the flavors meld and the dessert set.
