Ingredients

  • 300 g blackberries
  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 1 pack cream stabilizer
  • 3 tablespoon sugar (alternatively liquid sweetener as required)
  • cinnamon
  • Cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and dry the blackberries well. Mix the low-fat quark with the sugar or sweetener (for diabetics) and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff and fold it into the quark.
  2. Put some quark in a glass bowl, then add a layer of blackberries (well dried, otherwise it will be watery), then layer the quark again. Repeat this until everything is used up. Finish with quark and sprinkle with cocoa powder. Chill for a while before consumption so that the whole thing can go through.
  3. Also tastes very good the next day.
