Ingredients
- 500 g blackberries
- 200 g suar
- 300 ml water
- 200 ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 300 ml vodka

- Bring sugar and water to the boil, then allow to cool.
- Clean the blackberries. Then puree with lemon juice and then mix well with sugar water and vodka. Tip: I would now pass everything through a sieve so that the cores are removed.
- The amount is approx. 1300 ml.
- Is very tasty and a nice alternative to strawberry and raspberry lime.
