Juice 3 kg of blackberries. That should make about 3 liters of juice.
Boil the juice with sugar and the spices until the sugar has dissolved. Let the mixture cool completely, remove the spices. Maybe a little sweetener. Add 2 bottles of Doppelkorn, stir well and fill into bottles (I got 7 bottles out).
This is how quickly a delicious liqueur can be produced, which is ready to drink immediately, but which gains in taste after longer storage. In pretty carafes it is a very welcome gift.
