Pour gelatin with 60 ml of cream, leave for 10-15 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath.
Leave a few blackberries for garnish. Combine the rest of the berries with sugar.
Kill the berries with sugar with a blender.
Add 40 ml of cream, gelatin, and vanillin to the berry puree. Stir, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Beat the slightly frozen mass with a mixer until fluffy, 3-4 minutes.
Pour the mixture into glasses halfway. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
Beat 100 ml of cold cream with a mixer, 4-5 minutes.
Garnish the blackberry dessert with whipped cream. Put the berries on top and garnish with mint leaves.
