Blackberry Mousse with Whipped Cream

Light and very delicate blackberry mousse is a great option for lovers of berry desserts. The mousse is garnished with whipped cream, blackberries and mint leaves to make the mousse look very fancy!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

  • Cream with a fat content of 33-35% – 200 ml
  • Blackberries – 200 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Instant gelatin – 10 g
  • Vanillin – 1 pinch
  • Fresh mint for garnish – to taste

Directions

  1. Pour gelatin with 60 ml of cream, leave for 10-15 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath.
  2. Leave a few blackberries for garnish. Combine the rest of the berries with sugar.
  3. Kill the berries with sugar with a blender.
  4. Add 40 ml of cream, gelatin, and vanillin to the berry puree. Stir, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  5. Beat the slightly frozen mass with a mixer until fluffy, 3-4 minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into glasses halfway. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
  7. Beat 100 ml of cold cream with a mixer, 4-5 minutes.
  8. Garnish the blackberry dessert with whipped cream. Put the berries on top and garnish with mint leaves.
