Instructions

  1. Put some blackberries aside for the garnish.
  2. Puree the remaining blackberries with lemon juice, powdered sugar and ½ packet of vanilla sugar in a blender. Mix in the milk, curd cheese and ice cream.
  3. Beat the whipped cream until stiff, stirring in the remaining vanilla sugar. Fill into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
  4. Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and blackberries.
