Blackberry Smoothie

Ingredients

250 g blackberries
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
400 ml milk, ice cold
2 tablespoon quark, (curd cheese)
2 scoops ice cream, (vanilla ice cream)
50 ml whipped cream, (whipped cream)

Instructions

Put some blackberries aside for the garnish.
Puree the remaining blackberries with lemon juice, powdered sugar and ½ packet of vanilla sugar in a blender. Mix in the milk, curd cheese and ice cream.
Beat the whipped cream until stiff, stirring in the remaining vanilla sugar. Fill into a piping bag with a star nozzle.
Pour the smoothie into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and blackberries.
