Instructions
- Make a batter from flour, eggs, baking powder, butter, sugar and marzipan.
- Cut the drained pineapple into strips and fold in.
- Put the dough in a bread pan that has been buttered and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and bake at 175 degrees C for about 65 minutes.
- Cover the cooled cake with melted chocolate icing and decorate with candied pineapple if necessary.
