Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees (350 Fahrenheit).
  2. Warm the oil with milk over low heat until the oil melts. Remove from heat, add brown sugar and egg. Stir well.
  3. Mix flour, baking powder and salt and then add to the oil mixture. Fold in the vanilla and walnuts. Spread evenly on a deep tray (or brownie pan), bake at 175 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes
  4. Let cool and then cut into brownies.
