Finely slice the peel of 2 blood oranges with a zest.
Stir the sugar, brown sugar and water under heating until the sugar has dissolved, add the cinnamon sticks and orange peel and simmer gently for about 30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon stick and add the blood orange juice, whisk vigorously with the magic wand. Freeze in a metal container in the freezer, stirring well about every 30 minutes.
