First peel the 3 organic blood oranges thinly, preferably with a peeler and cut the peel into very thin threads. Then boil the threads in 6 tablespoons of blood orange juice for about 5 minutes.
Then squeeze out the blood oranges, of course also use the peeled ones and sift through the juice. You need 3/4 liter of juice.
Mix the preserving sugar and Gelfix, then mix with the juice and cook for about 5 minutes. Add the orange threads about 1 minute before the jam ends and cook with it. Finally add 1/2 - 1 shot glass of Campari. The jam should stop boiling. Fill into glasses.
