Instructions

  1. Roast the hazelnut flakes in a pan without oil, place on a plate and allow to cool.
  2. Puree 150 g blueberries and 200 g banana with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the yogurt and crème fraîche with the fruit puree, then mix in most of the remaining berries.
  3. Pour the cream into portion glasses and sprinkle with a few blueberries and the hazelnut or almond flakes.
  4. It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator before serving, but it also tastes freshly prepared. The amount is enough for approx. 4 servings.
  5. Dose the sugar according to personal taste and sweetness of the bananas. You can use overripe bananas here. Thaw frozen berries before processing.
