Ingredients
- 250 g blueberries fresh or frozen
- 200 g banana (s), ripe
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoon sugar, more if you like
- 200 g cream yourt, Turkish
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 2 tablespoon hazelnuts, sliced, alternatively almonds

- Roast the hazelnut flakes in a pan without oil, place on a plate and allow to cool.
- Puree 150 g blueberries and 200 g banana with 1 sachet of vanilla sugar and 2 - 3 tablespoons of sugar. Mix the yogurt and crème fraîche with the fruit puree, then mix in most of the remaining berries.
- Pour the cream into portion glasses and sprinkle with a few blueberries and the hazelnut or almond flakes.
- It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator before serving, but it also tastes freshly prepared. The amount is enough for approx. 4 servings.
- Dose the sugar according to personal taste and sweetness of the bananas. You can use overripe bananas here. Thaw frozen berries before processing.
