Ingredients

  • 2 large banana (s)
  • 1 small peach (s)
  • 2 tablespoon natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 3 handfuls blueberries
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 100 ml pineapple juice
  • 50 ml milk
  • 4 large strawberries
  • 2 teaspoon, heaped egg white powder (strawberry flavor) optional

To garnish:

  • Blackberries alternatively mint, strawberries etc.

Instructions

  1. Rinse all fruits with cold water. Peel the bananas and cut into 3 - 4 pieces.
  2. Remove the peach stone and cut the pulp into 3 - 4 pieces.
  3. Please put everything in a blender. Mix everything well until there are no more lumps. Fill into glasses immediately and garnish with 2 blackberries each (of your choice, e.g. mint, strawberries, etc.) and serve immediately.
