Instructions

  1. Wash and sort blueberries. Peel, quarter and dice the apples. Mix the fruits with the sugar, cover and let stand overnight.
  2. The next day, add the juice of one lemon and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for 4 minutes. Make a gel test. Take the pot off the stove and immediately fill it into glasses and seal!
