Ingredients
- 500 g blueberries
- 500 g apples, sour
- 1 kg preserving sugar, :
- 1 lemon (s), add the juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- Wash and sort blueberries. Peel, quarter and dice the apples. Mix the fruits with the sugar, cover and let stand overnight.
- The next day, add the juice of one lemon and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Bring to the boil while stirring and let simmer for 4 minutes. Make a gel test. Take the pot off the stove and immediately fill it into glasses and seal!
