Instructions

  1. Set up four glasses or dessert bowls.
  2. Finely grind the biscuits and distribute them evenly on the bottom of the glasses.
  3. Here you can also take biscuits as you like, vanilla biscuits are also very fine.
  4. Mix 170g of the blueberries with the orange liqueur and the sugar in a small saucepan. You can also use more or less sugar, depending on how sweet you like it. Bring the mixture to a boil and simmer for about 5 minutes until the berries are soft. Take off the stove and let cool down a bit.
  5. Then stir in 100 g of the retained blueberries and let cool down completely.
  6. Whip the cream until stiff and sweeten with the powdered sugar.
  7. Now first put a layer of the blueberry sauce in the glasses, then a thin layer of cream. Continue like this until all 4 glasses are filled. Finish with a dollop of cream and decorate with the remaining blueberries. It tastes best with fresh berries, but you can also use frozen goods.
